Each month we focus on common street attacks against women. The workshop is hands-on, you will learn basic striking and self defense techniques, which you will be used during attack/defense scenarios.
Everyday women are assaulted in the streets, in their homes and even at their workplace. We are not capable of predicting the future, but we are able to train to change an outcome. We can't stress enough the importance of knowing how to defend yourselves, it takes not only physical practice but more importantly mental training. Physical training gives you the confidence and mental strength to find the courage to fight!
