Step Toward Prevention
In the United States April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). The goal of SAAM is to raise public awareness about sexual violence and to educate communities on how to prevent it.
Universal Martial Arts Center will be hosting 2 self-defense workshops during the month of April, free and open to the public.
Please register as space is limited.
April 4th (10am - 12pm)
Teens ages 12 - 17
*participation must be approved by parents
April 25th (10am - 12pm)
Women's Workshop ages 17 and up
Join us for an empowering morning packed with combatives, self-defense techniques, mental and physical challenging drills, and true training for fighting back to the the outcome!
