If you are thinking about going to class this is the best one. Both Miriam and Mark are very in touch with reality, they care about their students young or old. They changed my thoughts about self-defense and exercise, changing my life for the better.
My nephew went to this center and he loved it. The classes for young ones are really useful and customized for toddlers. Highly recommended.
Is awesome there is a lot to learn how to protect yourself from bad people also getting in shape, people there very friendly, everything very calm you’ll like it, just give it a try
